Standard Delivery

We dispatch all paid items same or next day Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch weekends or Bank Holidays.

Items not signed for and returned to us by the Royal Mail will incur additional charges to resend.

Large Orders

By sending large orders via alternative courier savings can be made, please email us before making payment so we can pass those savings onto you.

Non-Delivery: Claims for lost, damaged or delayed items must be made by the purchaser. We will supply information required for completion of the Royal Mail P58 Claim Form. Please allow 15 working days before considering the item as undelivered.

Exchanges

Should you be unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange the item you may do so providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt and the item remains intact and unused. You will have to pay all additional postage costs.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

We will replace any item that is faulty or incorrectly supplied provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and items remain intact and unused. We will refund postage costs upon receipt of the item.
